Lots of heavy rain is expected for DFW Friday through Saturday morning. Over 1-2 inches of rain is possible for some areas. Localized flooding could be an issue in parts of the metroplex. There is not any severe weather expected for much of the metroplex on Friday nor Saturday. Much of the threat will remain in the Southeast and the West. A cool front will move in along with this system bringing cooler temperatures down to the low 60’s, 50’s, and high 40’s. Stay weather aware and enjoy the rain!
